The response after the first MIKAs Hair Academy, held last autumn, has been really good. Second class  is fully booked since a while back and will be held here at MIKAs Koivisto/Karlsson for 2 weeks during next month. Head teacher, same as last time, is Jenny Karlsson our Salon Manager Director.

Another Magazine - Hair by Carina Finnström

Redken European Symposium 2012

Last month we sent Teemu, Jenny and David to Berlin to educate 3000 hairstylists from all over Europe at the Redken European Symposium 2012. Here's some photos from the event!

André Cueto-Saavedra

Our Guest Style Director, André Cueto-Saavedra (based in Paris), is currently here in Stockholm to work at the salon for a few days. He's been busy over the last month with working for and assisting Guido Palau at all of the 4 big ones when it comes to Fashion Weeks. Started of in New York and then London, Milan and Paris.

Over in Milan and Paris he worked at the really big shows. Prada, Versace, Bottega Veneta, Jil Sander, Dolce&Gabbana, Cavalli, Balenciaga, Nina Ricci, Lanvin, Jean-Paul Gaultier, YSL, Valentino, Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu and you name it!
